Yousei-san

Fairies visible to elves who can sense and manipulate mana. Since they exist everywhere, they know a great deal about any location and can tell you all sorts of things. Humans from Kanagawa can also see them if they spend long periods in places rich in mana and abundant nature, as their distant ancestors were elves.
