A nicotine addict and an appreciator of moe. [Chika](https://anilist.co/character/571/)'s sister and the oldest character in the series. She largely serves as a role model for the younger children - albeit while borrowing money from her younger sister for cigarettes. Often hangs out with the kids in Chika's room.
